Having been in the property industry for the last 28 years, buying, selling and advising on mainly complex deceased estate matters, I was frustrated by the process and personally felt that I could do something meaningful to help the industry and so Probate.Auction was born. A simple direct route of disposal that assists not only the professionals within the industry but most importantly the families of the deceased.

In 2014 I successfully launched a business to bring empty homes back into use by rewarding the public who report those houses to us. I have spent the last 10+ years unlocking complex property and deceased estate matters and now bring more empty homes back into use than any other private entity in the UK.

I have 20+ years experience in the Auction world having been a director at two of the largest auction houses in the UK, namely Savills and Auction House London. I went on to set up my own Auction House in 2021 but jumped at the chance to merge and create a bespoke Auction House with Nick given his vast experience in the Probate, and Empty Homes sector.

Together we have identified issues with property disposal and I was determined to use my experience to benefit the industry as a whole.

I oversee all aspects of the auction process, providing support for buyers, sellers, and my team. From property onboarding to coordinating contracts, managing deposits, and addressing every detail in between, I take pride in delivering smooth and efficient operations. With five years of experience in the auction industry, I’ve developed the expertise needed to confidently handle any challenge that comes my way.

Having worked in business development for more than 10 years and having led teams throughout my career in and around the property and legal industries, I was well placed to engage in this new chapter with Probate.Auction & Resi.Auction. Engaging with existing and future clients, utilising data for the company and client’s advantage is paramount to my success but most importantly it’s the relationships that I nurture that drives me the most.

Having worked in relationship building in the later life arena for more than 10 years and with experience of the probate property and legal process, I was well placed to engage in this new chapter with Probate.Auction & Resi.Auction. Educating existing and future clients of the options available so that they can make an informed decision. Transparency and education of the process is key the for the client to ensure the right outcome for them. Building long lasting relationships on trust, transparency and the desire to do the right thing for the customer is the driver.

Having worked in auctions since 2019, I understand the need for consistency and delivery. I specialise in forming and maintaining long standing relationships and delivering on accountability. I have successfully been involved in over 1000 property transactions and use my experience of property to benefit my clients. I believe that success stems from hard work and I have always gone the extra mile for my clients and will always continue to do so.

As an Auction Administrator, I coordinate auction marketing, manage property viewings, and handle client queries to ensure everything runs smoothly. I also arrange access to auction lots and work closely with clients to create a seamless experience. Since finishing my studies, I have gained valuable experience in property administration and in the financial sector. These roles have given me the skills I need to confidently support the fast-paced auction industry.

I am committed to delivering exceptional support to buyers, sellers, and colleagues throughout the auction process. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, I excel at guiding clients through the auction journey, addressing their needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. I take pride in being a reliable point of contact and contributing to successful auctions by providing excellent service and attention to detail.

I’m a qualified accountant, having worked in industry for the last 30 years, supporting existing and new business, I make sure that everything runs correctly and is fully compliant.

I work under Marcella and support Probate.Auction's business finance activities, currently training for full qualification.

I provide Research to support all sides of the business and also assist with PR and Social media engagement. I'm excited to see the growth within the business.

I lead the marketing efforts at Resi Auction, ensuring that every property gets the exposure it deserves. From strategic campaign planning to digital advertising and branding, I work to connect buyers and sellers while strengthening our company’s presence in the auction industry. With five years of experience in marketing, I focus on creating strategies that drive engagement and deliver results.
